hello all,
sorry its been so long betwen posts . it seems like the days get away from me so fast. my grandma used to say that as you get older time passes so quickly. i used to think that certainly she was wrong. i should have listened to her.

tomorrow is my ("baby's" ) storm's birthday. she will be 18. not only is it her birthday, but it is also her track meet invitational and prom. such a very busy weekend for a very beautiful, energetic young lady!!


i went to our town's farmers market this morning and picked up some blue salvia, purple irises, and phlox, oh, and some lemon balm for my brother. there is always so much to see, its hard to take it all in. the market is held each friday from 9am-12noon on the court house square. next week i am going to buy some different kinds of flat bread that they have for sale. there are quite a few to choose from.
i wil get some pics of the market and plants on here ASAP. its getting late and i have had a busy day.

i added some chlorine to our small pond and now it looks like it has soap bubbles in it. ggrrr!! now i am trying to find a reasonable priced de-foamer.
hoping to do some yard saling in the morning.
