2 Things

This is an old door that was setting out in front of West Main Antiques.
You know I had to stop and ask the price.
Guess what??!!
He told me if I wanted, take it!!

I am so loving the chippy green paint.
Its a perfect piece to add somewhere in the yard this summer.

Another find from the same store.
No, not free, but good enough for me.
This measures 48 " wide x 72" h x 12" d

$20.00!!!

Thank you sir!! I will take it home with me!

  1. I am a total lover of old doors. I have a screen door in my family room propped up against the wall in the corner. What a fabulous one you got there. I cannot believe you got that cupboard for $20.00! What an amazing piece of furniture. It would be beautiful with a fresh coat of stain and a good wax on it but then again I think everything should be painted black. What do you think you want to do to it?

  3. Holy cow!!!! That door. I would love to have one like that. That other cabinet, that was a steal too. You lucky girl. I think it would look good painted. Especially with a crackle finish. Man, why can't I find any good deals like that. Say, if you ever want to find a new home for that door...I can drive to Ohio!!!
