An "AFTER" show

I hope everyone had a great weekend. We sure did. :)

Saturday, my sister,Karla, Mom, Aunt Eileen and I all went out to breakfast.

We started out meeting at Mcdonald's but Karla wanted to try out a new place in town, "Francis Family Restaurant". We loaded up and went there.

Let me tell ya, food and service was great!!

Then we went on a ride to a few old cemetaries to look for ancestors.
Last stop was the Kennedy Stone House. Mom and Aunt Eileen had not been there before.
Everyone headed home about 3:30pm.

Today was spent puttering around the house. :)

Okay, enough of my weekend....

Here again, is the wall cupboard that I had bought at a yard sale. price- $3.00

I used the free Glidden paint that I received a few days ago. Some of you asked how I got it free. The fact is, Glidden was running a special on TV that they were giving away approx. 250,000 quarts of free paint. You even got to pick what color you wanted. :) It was a great deal and I emailed them a thank you note.

Now, without further ado..................

TA-DA!!!!

I am loving it!!!

Be back soon, Me

  5. Kim,
You did a WONDERFUL job making over that cupboard. If I didn't know better, I would have thought you found it like that, all Prim and perfect!

I checked the Glidden thing when you mentioned it yesterday...you had to do it by July 2...bummer. I could always use free paint!

    Have a great day :)

  8. Hi, Kim. Thanks for signing up to follow me. You are now one of my faves too. Love your cabinet--free paint on top of a TS cabinet. Can't beat that combination. Your blog is very neat. I'll be back to visit.

  10. What a wonderful makeover! LOVE it! I really like that butter yellow color. Have an old wood pie safe that need tons of help but it is the same color. Someone started to strip it but I think I want to repaint it the same. Great job!
