Safelink Wireless.........

Just on for a minute. I know I have been absent for a few days. We have gotten the storage building cleaned out, the garden weeded and have been helping some friends with things around their house. Hopefully by the weekend, I will be in blogging mode again. :)
But in the meantime, I wanted to tell you , if you or someone you know is in need of a cell phone , they may want to check out the program with Safelink Wireless.

SafeLink Wireless is a government supported program that provides a free cell phone and airtime each month for income-eligible customers.

The plan is for a free cell phone with approximately 65 minutes FREE EVERY MONTH. The minutes DO rollover if they are not all used. I signed my aunt up a few days ago and she has already received hers. They are perfect for someone who should have access to a phone at all times .
Gotta go , I still have freezer jam to make and "someone" just spilled a whole pitcher of lime kool-aid (it's never ending , I tell ya).

  1. Wow! This is an awesome plan! I am definitely going to look into it. I am a low income college student who has been looking for a cheap plan to keep me connected.

  2. What a great idea :)

People think I'm crazy but I just have a Tracfone. I'm home most of the time and I don't feel the need to hang on my cell phone out in public. Really, if it rings, I know 9 chances out of 10, it's Jer. Only a handful of people have the number, my Mom, my Dad, my Gran, Shannon and Jer. I signed up for the monthly plan and get 50 mins for around $10/ month. They roll over and I have quite a few saved up. It's cheaper than a regular cell phone plan with all of the little fees they would tack on...so it works for me :)
