thursday- show and tell

Good morning!!

It is time for Thursday's show and tell.
First , I want to show you the crock I found in a friend's yard. We were digging up an area to put in a new plant bed. There were lots of rocks and pieces of brick too, but I think I found a keeper with this crock. It still holds water too! this made the job worthwhile(that and the pizza we ate afterwards). :)

and what did I put in the crock?? Well, some of these very pretty coneflowers!! I have them growing in a few places throughout the yard.

My new canna area. They are coming along nicely. I am not one to plant things that have to be dug back up and store over the winter but I will try it this year.

So, what do you have to show and tell this morning??

Oh, I will be posting again later. I was nominated for 2 awards. Right now, blogger is giving me fits and I cannot get the award to appear on my screen. darn it anyways.
