Supper is cooking right now. We are having fried chicken and cottage cheesy noodle casserole.
They are really easy to fix and everyone here loves them.
1 package egg noodles (short, fat ones)
1/4 lb. margarine or sweet butter
2 cups cottage cheese
salt & pepper
Instructions
Boil noodles according to package directions.
Drain well.
Add margarine and cottage cheese.
Stir all together. Serve warm.
Salt & Pepper to taste.
YUM!!!

Hmmm...I wonder if I could feed my family that? They can be picky but sometimes they eat things I swear they won't.
