I am still feeling this flu bug. My head feels like a brick. Good grief!!
Anyways, I am drinking coffee ( and a glass of alka seltzer cold)and looking for some crafts to use as christmas gifts this year. I am going to give at least half of the folks on my list- HOMEMADE gifts.
Here are some ideas out there on the internet that I thought you might enjoy.
no sew rustic burlap table runner ( now how prim is that?!) :)
No sew quilt
No sew vintage ornament
no sew sachets
Altered JArs
Sweet and simple ideas... I love them!
ReplyDeleteHope you're on the mend soon! Maybe we can have a race to getting better cause I still feel like CRAP and there's no sign of things letting up!
Hugs, Kimberly

ReplyDeleteSorry Kim,i forgot to say i hope you are feeling better.and on the mend.~Kate~
ReplyDeleteI haven't been sick and I have been doing the same things as you! LOL I spent yesterday researching wool and penny rugs. I found a few free patterns that I printed off or saved the links for later. My mind is wandering and I have so many things that I want to do and here I sit at the dang computer!
ReplyDeleteThis morning I messed with MySpace! That's it. I decided to try the new Profile thing and spent a while making everything "just so". What a waste of time, huh? LOL
I haven't really thought about gifts. I always wait until the last minute and then only do what I feel I need to do. It's actually kind of better that way so I don't spend half a year making items for everyone I know to only have them not care. This way only the important ones get gifts :D LOL
Can't you sew? I just noticed that most of your crafts are "no sew". You must learn to sew if you can't. There is so much you can do then. I have pretty much taught myself to do everything that I can. The internet is an awesome teaching tool :)
Christmas stuff...mine will be coming out in about two weeks :D
Have a good day. Feel better soon!
Leslie
