  1. It's funny that you would say that about Nov. 1st! That's how I feel too. It seems that as soon as Halloween is over time goes go much faster.
    Have a Great Weekend~

  2. You just have to keep mentioning that "C" word, don't you? LOL I'm not getting excited yet. The decorations don't come out until after Thanksgiving. I want to make a few things for a few family and friends but the real shopping, for the kids, won't occur until about two weeks before Christmas. Then I'll worry! LOL

    Have a great weekend!

  6. Kim,
I had to chuckle over your suggestion for the girls weekend away. First off I don't know who I could go with and secondly I just wouldn't do that! LOL My friends either can't get away from home or their idea of a fun weekend away would not be mine. I like my friends and I can talk to them and hang out but um, they kind of get on my nerves after awhile.....it's just because they don't do half the stuff that I do in a day and fight and argue with their spouses and complain about their kids. I have just learned to ignore it but this is why I can't be with them for long periods of time....

And my goodness, I can't imagine leaving the kids with Jer for an entire weekend. Do you know how many calls I would get? Jer is not around here a lot and he doesn't really know where things are and all of that. Yes, I will get my break when the kids are old enough to fend for themselves...lol Don't let Jer know I said that. He'll get upset because he'll think I'm implying the can't do it. It's not that he CAN'T, it would just be a long weekend for him and the kids and an even longer week for me when I return! LOL I was in the hospital for ten days with Aften and let me tell you...the mess I came home to was not pretty! I had to clean my house before I could even think about going to sleep and I was so exhausted when I got home.

Have a great rest of your weekend!
