FAT FRIDAY........easy chicken potpie.............

who is on her way to Louisiana to help out in any way needed after Ike is finished doing whatever it intends to do, I along with other bloggers will continue the Fat Friday posts. ;)

easy chicken potpie
1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables

1 can of cream of chicken soup

1/2 can of water

2 cups of cooked, diced chicken

salt & pepper to taste

1-2 packages of the cheapy pop open dinner roll biscuits
preheat oven to 350 degrees.
mix frozen vegetables, soup, water and chicken in a bowl. dump into a 9X13 pan. bake approximately 20 minutes mix should be bubbly. remove from oven, take biscuits from cotainer and place on top of mix. return to oven til biscuits are golden brown.
