W.W.W.- I have been busy..............

Good Morning!!
I have been up for a couple hours. Laundry is almost done, sweeper has been run, cats fed and I am posting my new projects.
This is a witch( 0f course,duh). :)
I am not sure the original pattern maker. I borrowed it from a friend and there is no name on it. So, if its yours; please accept my apologies for not giving you credit. :)
The pattern was really easy to do and I have had a couple requests from friends and neighbors to make them one. I want to make a really extreme witch for my own door, or maybe a punkin man. hhttp://www.moonchildsprimitives.com/ has some really cool dolls that I would love to make!

Witch stocking from a Tennessee Ridge Primitives freebie.

I havent decided what to do put in the stocking as a filler.
bittersweet? twigs? or old bobbins??

What are you working on today??
Kim

p.s. please pass this on.............

In the days, weeks and months following 9/11, our country was bathed in American flags as citizens mourned the incredible losses and stood shoulder-to- shoulder against terrorism. Sadly, those flags have all but disappeared. Our patriotism pulled us through some tough times and it shouldn't take another attack to galvanize us in solidarity. Our American flag is the fabric of our country and together we can prevail over Terrorism of all kinds. On Thursday, September 11th, 2008, an American flag should be displayed outside every home, apartment, office, and store in the United States. Every individual should make it their duty to display an American flag on this seventh anniversary of one our country's worst tragedies. We do this in honor of those who lost their lives on 9/11, their families, friends and loved ones who continue to endure the pain, and those who today are fighting at home and abroad to preserve our cherished freedoms. Please forward this message to everyone in your email address book & post it on your blogs! God Bless America!

  7. Your witch is really cute and so is the boot! What to put in it? Hmmmm...what about some of the bittersweet (Or whatever it was) that you found yesterday and some spanish moss? Would that work? Something simple would work best for sure.

    Thanks for sharing.
