Drain. Cut cheese into cubes and add to sausage.
Cook, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted.
Stir in tomatoes. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

I am going to make more this weekend. I am thinking it would be great with scrambled eggs for a Sunday brunch too. or maybe on a burger . can you tell that we think this is great??!!
I got some goodies at the thrift store today. I will get them on here as soon as I can. Batteries really need recharged.:(

Have a great Friday.

  5. I believe I had that before and it was YUMMY!

The insurance info you gave me...it was only a few dollars different for us to have the lower deductible so we went with that! I mean like $10. It seemed silly not to just go for it. We have Allstate, have for the last 10 year and because we have good records with them we got on their special rewards program. We have multiple accident forgiveness, deductible discounts and even cash back on our premiums now! YAY! As of today, I do not have to cross my finger and worry that a deer will run into me or something like that. What a relief! If I had only known them what I know now...sigh....I added some stuff to the bottom of my post that explains why I'm so late to realize this stuff....Thanks for all of your helpful advice and words of wisdom :) I need it sometimes!

    Have a great weekend!
